Refund Policy

At MixtureBox, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since our products are perishable food items, returns and refunds are handled carefully.

Returns

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, we generally do not accept returns of food products once delivered.

Eligible Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product
  • The product is spoiled upon delivery
  • The package is tampered with before delivery
  • The product is missing from your order

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the package
  • Brief description of the issue

Refund Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Products consumed or partially consumed
  • Minor variations in appearance due to handmade preparation

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
